The new entertainment complex will go into the space formerly occupied by Roxy Nightclub.
We got a tour of the new nightclub and the inside has been completely redone. There are three distinct areas.
In the front there is a lounge area that will have a distillery like feel. That area includes a reclaimed wood throughout and a faux distiller. The bar will serve a select cocktail menu for craft cocktails that can be made quickly. The lounge area also has billiards, darts and comfortable seating.
From there you can enter the main room which includes a 1,200 square foot dance floor, four bars, private bottle services tables and a 25-foot VIP bar. While it will be upscale the owners told Bungalower they don’t want it to be a turnoff. For example they said there won’t be any velvet ropes and the bouncers are not just around for security but also to welcome guests.
Upstairs there is a 6,000 square foot second level with four additional bars, its own dance floor. Overlooking the main room there are cabana style seating that includes personal hotel style safes for guests to store valuables.
Throughout they are putting up ornate artwork, Venetian glass mirrors, plush seating, dramatic crystal chandeliers and a 40 foot by 10 foot L.E.D. wall.
Guests can purchase a membership where they can then store their own alcohol and have access to a fully stocked bar with beer, water, soda and energy drinks.
The 21 and up bar won’t have any smoking areas.
While an exact opening date has not been set yet, they plan to be open before the end of the year.
