Starting in July, every Thursday night Spacebar will host a new indie dance party called Late Night Swim, which according to Spacebar team member Phil Santos, will be like a weekly version of the popular party series Body//Talk.
Catering mostly to dancers, the night will feature indie and underground sounds, filling a hole that other Main Street districts like Mills 50 have felt since Peacock Room closed last October.
Spacebar (Facebook) is updating its sound equipment in order to host larger concerts, and with the aim of bringing higher quality live music to the Milk District.
