Our readers have been asking us for months (ever since we wrote about the tiny house community in North College Park back in April) if there was a place to buy their own “diet home.” We managed to pull together some of our favorite tiny houses that were for sale within a few hours drive from our Bungalower neighborhoods.
The following tiny homes were mostly sourced from tinyhouselistings.com:
“New Vardo” in Merritt Island is 42 SF and listed at $6,800. It was built on a 5×8 trailer and was intended for overnight camping. For more information, click HERE.
“Tiny Living” by Tiny Home Builders in Deland is 160 SF and listed at $36,000. The builders are still adding cabinets and plumbing, and if you want to add them yourself the price is $34,000. For more information, click HERE.
“Converted School Bus” in Gainesville is 35 feet long and is going for $5,000. The owner converted the 1972 bus is reportedly in excellent condition and only in need of a “good wash” and “guaranteed leak free.” For more information, click HERE.
“Palm Harbor” in Plant City is 237 SF and is listed at $49,950. The home comes with a metal roof, Cemplank siding, double pane windows, and pine interior. Can be delivered. For more information, click HERE.
“Quick Sale Tiny House” in Lake Mary is 200 SF and listed at $21,500. The home was built on a 20×8 trailer and comes with appliances, furniture and new queen bed. Was originally listed at almost $30,000. For more information, click HERE.
