Agree! They really missed the boat in the kitchen and baths.
Always loved that house, front room was a sitting/living room for guest that stopped by for coffee (no tv) but the large back room was THE living room with TV even till this day when I drive by I always look at it. The new paint, fence and back porch are a great improvement.
