According to the Orlando Business Journal, the City of Winter Park is considering easing restrictions on fast food restaurants on the Fairbanks Avenue corridor.
According to OBJ, ” On April 5, the planning and zoning board approved a plan that allows fast-casual restaurants to open there, and requires individual review and consideration of fast-food businesses with drive-thrus, according to documents. Each case will be considered for its suitability on the given land, and how its noise, potential off-site parking and traffic impacts will affect nearby residents.”

Let’s hope they rethink this.
What a Huge mistake! We should be removing fast food restaurants NOT adding them
Isn’t it enough that S.Orlando Ave is packed full of fast food? What a shame to let them encroach further.
WTF.
