Fashion Square Mall officials have issued the following statement concerning their strategy to reposition Fashion Square Mall, UP Fieldgate US Investments. They have filed a petition for reorganization relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code.
This is in response the news that broke on January 5 that a foreclosure complaint had been filed against the owners of the mall. More on that HERE.
