The 28-year old weekly Winter Park/Maitland Observer was recently purchased by Sarasota-based Observer Media Group, Inc.
The purchase of the Winter Park/Maitland Observer also includes the Central Florida Senior.
Florida-based Observer Media Group (Website) owns 11 more newspapers and three magazines, including the West Orange Times & Observer and the Windermere Observer.
