Last week we revealed that the tenant of CityArts’ coffee shop space would be called Noir Cafe, HERE. Today we learned that Chef Bob Milligan III will open his new space for an early preview of the space during the May 18 Third Thursday Art Walk at CityArts Factory.
During the event, Chef Milligan will be handing out free samples of his coffee and tea, as well as customer loyalty cards – the 7th coffee will be free.
The cafe will feature art by Steven Mikel (Website), Chef Milligan’s favorite artist, which will be for sale. Mikel specializes in using coffee as his medium, rather than paint.
The estimated opening date for the new cafe is in the next two weeks, depending on the permitting process.
