First Green Bank filed paperwork seeking approval for a series of facade improvements on their new building Downtown, located at 250 N. Orange Avenue [GMap].
The Appearance Review Board (APB) was requested to grant a Major Certificate of Appearance Approval that would allow First Green Bank to carry out a number of improvements to the ground floor of the 16-story office building they now call home; installing new windows in the exterior of the building, relocating the entrance door to the side of the building, install solar panels and a walk-up ATM, a new rooftop unit, and an entry control system. The APB marked the changes for approval.
The photo-voltaic solar panels will be installed on the rooftop of the single-story building, shown in the renderings below.
First Green Bank will also have a drive thru in the rear.
