The vacant 13,590 SF Lombardi’s building, located at 1152 Harmon Avenue [GMap], will soon have a new retail tenant.
Contrary to rumors that a new paint store would be moving in, the new retail concept will instead be spearheaded by local business owners Jennifer Crotty of Porch Therapy (Website) and Jason Moore of Downtown Credo (Website).
The two will be combining their efforts to create a unique, funky space featuring a well-curated retail line, a coffee bar, and collaborative efforts from local makers and artists.
A soft opening is tentatively scheduled for Spring 2018.
