Noir Cafe (Facebook) opened in the former Barnie’s Coffee Kitchen, attached to the CityArts Factory, in June of 2017. They recently told Bungalower that they will be closing.

“It was not an easy decision to make yet as a business owner it was a practical one. With cityarts lease expiring as our landlord, and no clear definition, response, plan or lack there of from the building owner I must protect my investment to make a relocation possible.” – chef Bob Milligan

Chef Bob Milligan told Bungalower that while he was planning to relocate his concept elsewhere in town, he had yet to sign a lease on a new space.

Milligan also stated that he’d been looking for clarification from the building owner, following the exit of the anchor tenant, CityArts Factory – which is moving up the street to their new digs in the Ford Kiene Building, but had yet to hear a concrete plan on what would be moving into the freshly vacated ground floor.
Milligan is asking that his downtown fans and guests follow the Noir Cafe Facebook, HERE, page for any further updates on where they will be landing.
The last day of business for Cafe Noir is Saturday, September 29.
Editor’s Note: We have been informed, however, that SAK Comedy Lab will be remaining in their home on the second floor of the building.
