UPDATE: The Orlando concert has been rescheduled for March 18, 2018
Sir Elton John was to take the stage at Orlando’s Amway Center last night, Tuesday, November 27, but canceled his performance due to poor health.
A reported ear infection forced the seasoned performer to cancel his show, twenty minutes after he was scheduled to take the stage (as seen on our Instagram page). His Tampa performance has been postponed as well.
The show is one stop on John’s three-year, 300-show ‘Farewell Yellow Brick Road’ tour, which is reported to be his last tour ever and showcases a musical journey through his 50-year career.
Amway Tweeted at 8:49 p.m. that the show would be rescheduled “in the near future” and that guests should hold onto their tickets.
