The Orange County Property Appraiser’s office has just launched a new crowd-sourced map on their website to create a working database of the region’s best holiday light shows.

Website visitors can submit decorated properties to the Bright Lights Big County map by clicking HERE. Once approved, the homes and businesses show up on the map for people to visit. Simply click on the map, and hit the “Submit Holiday Lights Display” button, upload a photo, and verify the address.

It can take one to two days for the listing to show up on the map.

Editor’s Note: Don’t be creepy or annoying when cruising through neighborhoods to admire the lights. People still live in those homes. Admire politely from within your vehicle.
