The 1968 Serro Scotty Gaucho is a favorite for trailer tinkerers, as seen in this video below. Mostly because of their interesting shape and mod appeal.

This particular trailer comes with a fridge, air conditioner, solar and electric system already installed. All windows are intact and sealed.
