The former home of Kid-E Place, Childcare Learning Center at [GMap] in College Park could soon host new single-family homes.
IF approved by the Municipal Planning Board next month, the lot which currently houses old school buildings would be razed in order to construct six new homes on new replatted 50-foot wide lots.
The application for the project was filed by Christopher Barnes of Verge Properties, Inc.
Kid-E Place closed on August 15, 2018.
