The prominent southeastern corner of Mills Avenue and Colonial Drive has sold to new owners, An D and Patrick Dang for $2.59 million.

We wrote about the property being for sale back in 2015 HERE when the listing price was $3,095,000 for all three buildings.

All three buildings are currently full-occupied by businesses like Anthony’s Pizza (Website) and iFixYouri (Website). Tony Nguyen of TRG Group, who brokered the deal with the new owners, told Bungalower that the new investors plan to keep all of the current tenants where they are.

Nguyen also said that Dang has a number of properties in his portfolio that are located in the top Vietnamese areas across the country, including Houston, Southern California, and Virginia as he enjoys preserving the older infrastructure and architecture and bringing tourism to support the mom and pop businesses located there.

The investment team is already planning basic improvements that include facade touchups and fixing the rear parking lot that faces Hillcrest Street.

Editor’s Note: Nguyen told us he happens to be the only Vietnamese commercial realtor in town.
