Sus Hi Eatstation (Facebook | Website) has now opened in the former home of Mai Bistro, located at 1830 Colonial Drive [GMap].
The fast-casual, build-your-own sushi concept is owned by locals Robert Ly and Teresa Tran with multiple locations across Central Florida, including UCF, Altamonte, Lake Nona, and Millennia.
The menu features items like sushi burritos (there’s a deep-fried option), sushi rolls, sushi bowls, and more.
A three-day opening weekend celebration was held from March 1-3.
Mai Bistro closed for business in August 2018.
