A developer has submitted a request to replat two separate lots in the Milk District to allow for the creation of four new fee-simple lots.
The move would permit the applicant, represented by Thu Pham of Greenspoon Marder LLP, to build new townhome units, as shown in the rendering below.
The buildings are located at 2607 E. Jefferson Street [GMap]. The Mediterranean-style home to the left was built in 2006 and features three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms.
The home next door, while sporting a somewhat different exterior, was built at the same time.
The application goes before City Council at the upcoming Council Meeting.
