Sette Italian will open on Friday, March 22

Sette (Facebook) will open for business by the end of the week and is taking reservations.

Va Propst and Trina Gregory Propst, co-owners of Se7enbites Bake Shop, will reveal their new rustic Italian-comfort concept at 5:30 p.m. Friday, March 22.

The menu features scratch-made pastas and risottos and innovative “comfort food” takes on classic dishes like their sausage, fennel, and grape dish and eggplant “meatballs.” Both photographed below.

The full liquor bar will also feature seven red, white, and wines at all time; a nod to the name which means “seven” in Italian.

Sette is open 5:30-10 p.m. Thuesday to Thursday, 5:30-11 p.m. Friday to Saturday, and 1-8 p.m. on Sunday with a daily happy hour running from 4:30-5:30 p.m.
