The City of Orlando’s Water Reclamation Department is hosting a Rain Barrel Workshop from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, April 4 at the Education Center, 5420 L.B. McLeod Road [GMap].
Attendees will learn all about rain harvesting and receive a free rain barrel.
Benefits of having a rain barrel include saving money on utility bills and reducing stormwater runoff. Also, bragging rights to your eco-nerd neighbors.
