Short-lived pizzeria, Your Pie, closed in June 2017 in the bottom floor of the Skyhouse residential tower at 335 N. Magnolia Avenue [GMap]. But a new tenant has since opened in the vacated space and relit the pizza oven.
BITE, which stands for “Be Inspired To Eat,” is a new spot that aims to make people ” … fall in love with lunch again.” The new concept specializes in made-to-order bowls and salads and flatbreads made in a wood stone oven, as created by Executive Chef, David Addison who previously worked for K Restaurant Group, Sheraton, Sunset Harbor Yacht Club, and Norwegian Cruise Lines.
A grab-and-go line will also be available with breakfast items prepared by Se7enbites Bake Shop and to-go containers of ice cream from Greenery Creamery.
BITE (Website) is open from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday to Friday and is open for events, including in a flex-space outdoor patio area.
