We told you HERE in 2018 that the owners of Guesthouse in Mills 50 would be opening a new bar in the space next door. Well, they are finally ready to open to the public.
The space, now known as Sunroom, has taken over half of the AlphaGraphics printing studio, located at 1315 N. Mills Avenue [GMap].
It’s menu focuses primarily on craft cocktails, just like its predecessor but also offers beers and wine. They also have a package store element in a corner of the bar that faces Mills Avenue with artisan ice cubes, beer, wine, and liquor selections.
The soft-opening is expected to occur next weekend around June 8th with limited operating hours and days of the week, followed by a grand opening in a month or so.
