Zillow is buying homes now.
Zillow Offers (Website) is a new service that allows homeowners to request cash offers from the real estate website for their houses.
The new service is only available in 11 states across the country, including Florida. The offers, according to Zillow, are free and come without any obligations to sell. Once accepted though, the homeowner gets to choose their own closing date.
Zillow has also launched their own affiliate lender, Zillow Home Loans, where they can pre-approve your mortgage for your new home while selling your last one.
Zillow tested the new service in Orlando between May 2017 and June 2018 under the name, Instant Offers.
