The Mayflower Retirement Center (Website) just received approval from the City of Winter Park’s Planning and Zoning committee to carry out modified plans for their retirement center.
The modified plans call for combining proposed care buildings into a four-story building measuring over 84,000 SF and a new residential building. The expansion will add roughly 94 units; including assisted living, memory care, and solo units.
A construction timeline has not been made public.
