We told you HERE in June 2019 that Belicoso Cigars and Cafe (Facebook | Website) would be moving into the former home of Four Rebels Taco Kitchen in Mills Park but we didn’t have any information on when they expected the move to take place.
A Belicoso spokesperson has informed Bungalower that they plan to close the Winter Park location on November 9 with a soft opening scheduled for the new shop on November 25.
We’ve also been informed that Smoke and Donuts (Facebook | Website), the crowd favorite food truck, will be taking over the kitchen. Owned and operated by classically-trained chef Ian Russell, Smoke and Donuts specialize in oak-smoked barbecue and fresh, hot donuts with techniques out of Texas, Tennessee, and the Carolinas.

The new kitchen will allow Russell to expand the menu with more specials like BBQ bowls with brisket and their infamous smoked turkey as well as the ability to sell prepared meats by the pound from brisket, to sausage, and ribs.
The location will serve beer, wine, and spirits along with the food both upstairs and downstairs. Smoking cigars will be confined to the rooftop deck and the outdoor patio on the bottom floor.
The Smoke and Donuts food truck will continue to operate around town and for private events.
The new Smoke and Donuts/Belicoso collab space is located at 1618 N. Mills Avenue [GMap].
