The Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of American Art (Website) will be hosting their annual Instagram-heaven of an event, Christmas in the Park, on Thursday, December 5 from 4-8:30 p.m. in Winter Park’s Central Park.

Thousands of attendees toting their own chairs, blankets, and sofa couches (don’t bring a sofa) will descend on the park for the one-night celebration of art and music, presented in collaboration with the City of Winter Park.

The event will feature the Bach Festival Choir in concert, free-of-charge, surrounded by nine historic Tiffany stained-glass windows. Turning up the holiday gauge to 11.

The public are invited to begin staking out their seating at 4 p.m. The Tiffany windows will be lit at 6:15 p.m. followed by the Bach concert program at 6:25 p.m. with the lights ultimately being shut off at 8:30 p.m.

Get there early and yes, you can bring some booze with you.
