Kyoto Sushi and Grill (Website) is a local concept that was founded at UCF in 2010. They offer a “modern approach to Japanese dining” and will be opening a new location in Colonial Plaza by summer 2020.
Kyoto Sushi and Grill offers three varieties of cooking including sushi, hibachi grill, and bento boxes in their current four locations.
They are leasing a 2,123 SF space in Colonial Plaza which is located at 601 N. Bumby Avenue [GMap] that used to house Baja Burrito Kitchen.
