A new donut shop is signing a lease for a retail space in the downtown library garage at 139 E. Pine Street [GMap].
Pattie-Lou’s Donuts will rent the 835 SF bottom floor retail space from the City of Orlando for a specialty donut shop for the next six years, beginning May 1, 2020, for $1,548 a month for the first year.
We’ve reached out to the owners for more information but had not heard back at the time of this post. There are no social accounts available at this time for the brand but we did happen to find this logo.
