UPDATE: This post has been updated with a video tour of the shop now that it has opened to the public.

Lobos Coffee Roasters (Facebook Website) is set to open this week in Audubon Park, pending approval from the City of Orlando.

We first wrote about the new coffee concept moving into the former Marathon Gas Station at 3000 Corrine Drive [GMap] HERE, in August 2019 and again HERE in April 2020.

The new concept is opened by Tony Villalobos and was renovated by the team at BDM Constructs (Website). The building has been completely remodeled and a new patio out back as added as well. At the time of our visit, the landscaping was still being put into place and a number of final touches being finessed, but we were informed that they are hoping for an opening by this Thursday.

Lobos roasts its coffee on-site and will serve food as well as a variety of unique coffee offerings, including a citrusy take on a pumpkin spice latte. Wine and beer will also be served at a later date.
