The Harvey and Carol Massey Foundation has made a $2 million commitment to Rollins College for a new Crummer School building that will be part of a project called “The Innovation Triangle.”

The funds will help build a new expanded 44,000 SF building for the Crummer Graduate School of Business at 203 E. Lyman Avenue [GMap] as well as a new 30,766 SF building that will serve as the new home of the Cornell Fine Arts Museum at 200 E. New England Avenue [GMap].

The project is being called the “Innovation Triangle” and will encompass more than two city blocks in downtown Winter Park next to the Alfond Inn.

Other upcoming Rollins College building projects include a 112-room expansion of Alfond Inn, a new theater to replace the demolished Fred Stone, and a new residence hall.
