College radio station WPRK 91.5 FM (Facebook |Website), which once operated in Rollins College’s basement, is bringing back a popular concert series next month.
The bi-weekly WPRK Comes Alive series will take place in the on-campus bar, Dave’s Boathouse, with a performance by rap artist Admk (Instagram). The event is free and will start at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, September 3.
WPRK Comes Alive will take place every first and third Wednesday of the month in the Boathouse. The performers for the future performances are yet to be made public.
Will WPRK Basement radio come back? The school appears to be open, I don’t know if students are broadcasting @ the studio or not.
They actually moved out of the basement a couple of years ago!
