Ivanhoe Village Main Street’s board of directors has just announced the appointment of a new executive director of the district.
Allex Englett, who was only recently hired as the Assistant Director, has been an active volunteer for the past two years when she served as Assistant Treasurer and chairs the Promotion Committee during Jingle Eve. Englett has also been the General Manager of GB’s Bottle Shop via Gnarly Barley for the past ten years.
Past director, Christian Switzer (who was also a longtime resident of Lake Formosa and super cool human), has accepted a role as Executive Director of Renton Downtown Partnership in Washington State.
