The innovative food scientists over at Orlando Meats (Instagram | Website) will return to The Guesthouse in Mills 50 for another popular “noods” pop-up on Monday, June 27, starting at 7 p.m.

The pop-up series, which we first told you about HERE, showcases the noodle-making talents of Orlando Meats’ Culinary Director, Eliot Hillis, and his posse of Super Friends, taking on noodle dishes from around the world, like Korean tteok-bokki (a savory dish using rice cakes almost shaped like penne or gnocchi in a spicy red sauce), a compound salad, and a dessert.

Bungalower Buddy Keyholders/Members can skip the lines and unlock early access to the pop-up by showing their keychains onsite and can start placing their food orders starting at 6:30 p.m. instead of the public start time of 7 p.m.

The menu includes dishes like the aforementioned tteok-bokki, leng mian cold noodles, watermelon salad, peanut butter double-yolk macaroons, and more. Click the Instagram link below to see the full menu.

The pop-up is sponsored in part by Seaside Bank and Trust.
