New York-based micro-mobility company, Helbiz (Website) just launched a new fleet in Orlando this weekend.

The company uses lightweight bikes with three speeds and an enclosed front basket with a special phone holder to protect smaller items while riding. The City of Orlando issued a permit that allows for up to 400 bikes to be launched within city limits.

Riders can unlock the e-bikes for a $1 fee followed by 39 cents a minute. They also provide free helmets for riders to order HERE for local pickup at businesses like Drunken Monkey Coffee Bar in the Milk District.

Riders can also unlock two free rides for up ten minutes each for the entire month of July using the promo code “ORLANDO2.”
