Half of Wall Street sold to new owners earlier in the year and the first of the newly-rebranded/renovated venues opened this past weekend to the public.

A new concept called Fixtion Contemporary Kitchen and Nightlife (Instagram | Website) has taken over the former circus-themed Sideshow Bar at 15 N. Orange Avenue [GMap]. A grand opening party was hosted on Saturday, September 18th, with a video snapshot of the celebrations available below.

Fixtion has a light “Alice in Wonderland”-inspired thread with calls for going “down the rabbit hole” and rabbit imagery throughout. Dinner service will be available between 5-10 p.m. before turning into a nightclub after 11 p.m. A spokesperson for the new ownership team told Bungalower that they didn’t change much of the space structurally but that they happily tore out all of the clowns and circus-inspired artwork before opening.

Up next for Wall Street are renovations and rebrands of Wall Street Cantina, Waitiki, and Monkey Bar, though a project timeline for those concepts wasn’t available at the time of this post.
