The City of Orlando will host a public meeting/workshop on Tuesday, October 11 to help residents learn more about the upcoming Edgewater Drive Complete Street Project that we told you about in September 2021.
Edgewater Drive will soon be “enhanced” between Lakeview Street and Par Street, to ensure it is safe for all users, including drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians, and to make it compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act. The project will include widening sidewalks, calming traffic, adding decorative lighting and streetscape elements, and landscaping components along the corridor.
