Plans have been filed to develop a new six-townhome project on the corner of Marks Street and Fern Creek at 1600 E. Marks Street [GMap].
The property, which is currently occupied by a 3,020 SF medical office building will be demolished to make way for the project, which will feature parking in rear access parking garages with access to Fern Creek. The homes will face out onto Marks Street.
A project timeline was not available at this stage.
