DUMPiES (Instagram) is the latest addition to Orlando’s ever-changing food scene.
The new dumpling concept is headed by local foodies Jen Mak and Amy Brown and is scheduled to debut on New Year’s Eve at Redlight Redlight in Audubon Park.
The menu will feature pork, garlic, and chive dumplings, as well as some other options, including vegan.
The pop-up will run from 9 p.m. until they sell out.
