UPDATE: The City of Orlando has lifted the Lake Alert for Lake Lawne that was put in place on May 9th.
The City of Orlando has issued a Lake Alert for Lake Lawne.
The Lake Alert is a result of a sanitary sewer overflow near the intersection of Fairvilla Road and West Colonial Drive. The City of Orlando is advising that all residents cease any and all water activities and irrigation from Lake Lawne until further notice.
The City will post updates via the Lake Alert System and we will update this post once the Lake Alert has been lifted.
