Two-year East End Market pop-up, Camille, has officially announced that it will be opening its brick-and-mortar location in Baldwin Park on June 13.

We told you HERE in March that French-Vietnamese-inspired pop-up Camille (Instagram | Website), had secured a storefront at 4962 New Broad Street [GMap], and HERE in September of last year when they shared their early renderings. The 2,500 SF, 30-seat restaurant was designed by Matt Kelly of Make Design Studios and will feature an exclusive eight-seat chef’s counter with additional dining room seating, a private dining room, and a bar, curated by an in-house sommelier.

Camille started as a pop-up at East End Market in 2021 in East End Market’s second-floor venue, The Neighbors. Led by 31–year-old Chef Tung Phan, who was mentored by Michelin-starred classical French Chef Pascal Sanchez and has worked at the award-winning Victoria and Alberts at Walt Disney World Resort, and Isleworth Country Club.

Camille will open with two seatings each evening, by reservation, in June, with reservations opening on Wednesday, May 17, at 6 p.m.
