Ivanhoe Park Brewing Co. (Facebook | Website) is back with its innovative Camp Ivanhoe series of events and challenges from June 26-July 2, during which, participants can relive the joys of summer camp while also enjoying craft beers and a little friendly competition.
The inaugural series helped the brewery’s owner, Glenn Closson, clinch a nod from Orlando Business Journal for being an innovative way to drum up support and patronage during the height of the pandemic back in 2020, and he’s brought it back each year since.
According to the event listing, challenges will include:
- “Tie Dyeing with Tie Dye Rye IIPA: Unleash your creative side during our tie-dyeing activity, accompanied by the bold and flavorful Tie Dye Rye IIPA. This double India Pale Ale combines the zesty citrus hop flavors with the spicy notes of rye, creating a beer that is as vibrant as your tie-dye creations. Let your imagination run wild as you express yourself through art and savor the rich, hoppy goodness of Tie Dye Rye IIPA.”
- “Sports Activity with Lemon Lime Gose: Get ready to compete and have a blast with our sports activity, fueled by the refreshing Lemon Lime Gose. As you participate in the various activities at Camp Ivanhoe, you can collect badges to commemorate your accomplishments along the way. Each badge represents a completed activity and if you manage to collect all of the badges you will unlock a special reward—an exclusive branded cooler.
