Filipino restaurant Kaya (Instagram) has teamed up with the team at Otto’s High Dive (Instagram) to release their very own collaborative Mezcal.

The new La Luna Florida mezcal is actually a mezcal de pechuga, which is made with finished mezcal that’s redistilled with fruits, grains, nuts, and a raw chicken or turkey breast that is hung over the still and cooked in the vapors from the brew. They are traditionally made in small batches using old family recipes.

A special mezcal release party will be hosted 6-10 p.m. June 14, on Kaya’s newly opened patio lounge featuring special tastings of the liquor and various cocktails. Attendees will get first dibs on limited bottle sales, limited edition shirts, and handmade copitas.
