A new self-described “globally-inspired” restaurant is soft-opening in Mills 50 next week. And they’ll have waffles.

Located at 1216 E. Colonial Drive, Unit #9 [GMap], The Circle (Facebook | Instagram) will be soft opening from June 15-18 with live music the evening of June 17 if you’re looking for a date night option.

The revolving menu at The Circle will feature a variety of grab-and-go street food dishes including items like banh xeo tacos, pandan coconut or ube s’mores waffles, and  Hủ Tiếu, a Vietnamese noodle dish that can be served dry or as a soup with savory broth and proteins like hard-boiled eggs, pork, and shrimp.

The menu will change daily, so hungry guests should check The Circle’s social media ahead of their visit if they’re looking for something specific or just show up knowing they’re in for an adventure.

Hours for opening week are 10 a.m.-10 p.m. and they will be closed on Mondays.
