According to the local offices of JLL, an international commercial real estate and investment management group, a popular e-sports brand has just signed a lease on a 14,788 SF space in downtown Orlando.

Velocity E-Sports (Website) has signed a lease for a ground floor space at the new 16-story Society Orlando tower that’s under construction at 434 N. Orange Avenue [GMap]. The chain has locations in Las Vegas, Nevada, and Kentucky, and offers e-sport lounges with professional-level gaming chairs, arcade games, redemption games with prizes, and hundreds of e-sports titles. They also have a bar offering craft cocktails and mocktails.

The 484-unit, mixed-use Society development will feature over 34,000 SF of commercial space on the ground floor, as well as a gym, a rooftop pool, restaurants, and more, when complete.
