The City of Orlando’s Permitting Services, Code Enforcement, and City Planning offices are all without phones at the moment, according to an update from City Hall this morning.

The main telephones for all three departments, as well as the Permit and Planning Project Lookup telephone “PROMPT” system, are currently experiencing outages. Customers will be unable to reach city staff via phone and are being asked to direct their calls to 407-246-2821 for the time being. You can also email the following:
