A touring Edgar Allan Poe-themed speakeasy cocktail experience will make its way to Orlando this September, just in time for a maudlin/spooky autumn.

The hour-and-thirty-minute immersive pop-up will take place at The Mezz in South Eola near downtown Orlando’s Central Business District and will feature four themed cocktails and live readings of Poe’s work, as told by onsite “Poe Historians,” according to a recently issued press release. Each cocktail is inspired by one of Poe’s works and previous pop-ups have featured The Raven, The Black Cat, Masque of Red Death,Β andΒ The Tell-Tale Heart.

The pop-up will run from September 7-10 with multiple seatings each evening. Tickets are $55 and available HERE for purchase.

The Mezz is located at 100 S. Eola Drive, Suite 200 [GMap], near The Stubborn Mule.

  1. I didn’t realize that area had been kicked out of downtown and is now only “near” it. πŸ˜…πŸ€”
