United Arts of Central Florida (Website) has moved a bit closer to downtown Orlando.

The organization, which is the largest funding source for arts organizations in the region, has officially abandoned its longtime home in a Maitland office park and relocated to 3025 Edgewater Drive [GMap] in College Park.

“We are thrilled about our upcoming move to this dynamic new location. This move represents an exciting chapter in our organization’s history, as it aligns perfectly with our desire to be at the forefront of driving artistic excellence and cultural enrichment in our community. We are eager to explore the opportunities that this move presents and to continue our work of connecting, funding, and advocating for the arts.”

– JENNIFER EVINS, PRESIDENT AND CEO, UNITED ARTS OF CENTRAL FLORIDA

The building is owned by Dr. Phillips Inc. and was being used as the staging office for its work in the adjacent Packing District development.

United Arts officially moved into its new home on July 13, 2023.
