Plans have been filed to build a new four-story, mixed-use development on a vacant lot located at 826 Irma Avenue [GMap] in the Park Lake Highland neighborhood.
According to the submitted paperwork, the project would place 28 new dwelling units and 28 new parking spots on the property, located just east of the Marks Street Senior Recreation Complex. The site was approved for a new development in 2014, which saw the demolition of the buildings that previously occupied the property. The site has sat vacant since.
This project is still in the early stages of development.
