Bliss Healthcare (Website) has filed paperwork with the City of Orlando to build a new medical office clinic near Baldwin Park.
The request includes plans for a three-story, 78,000 SF medical office building with a semi-passive park connected to the adjacent Cady Way Trail at 815 Herndon Street [GMap], adjacent to Summit Church and a United States Post Office. An existing multi-story commercial building on the lot would be demolished to make way for new construction.
The new clinic would feature a second-floor treatment area, offices on the third floor, and urgent care on the first floor, as well as an onsite cafe, a pharmacy, a conference center, a fitness center, and a suite for In-Car-Care where patients can pull into the building with their cars and receive treatment in designated private parking bays.
