The Castle Irish Pub (Instagram | Facebook) is currently in soft opening in College Park.
The owners have completely converted the former home of RusTeak at 2625 Edgewater Drive [GMap] in College Park, into an authentic Irish pub and restaurant, since taking over the space earlier this year. They worked with a company in Ireland that specializes in authentic Irish pubs who created all of the unique pieces in the space and shipped it over for installation straight from Louth, Ireland.
The pub is in a soft open phase this Friday and Saturday for the lucky few who happened to snag some reservations with a public opening expected to follow on Monday, September 25.
The restaurant features a full kitchen and bar and will host premier league watch parties for European football matches. Yes, they have Guinness as well as a variety of Irish whiskeys and house-made cocktails.
